Useful information & cancellations

• Our rates are per person/day with full board and lodging for stays of at least three nights, including a gourmet meal package.
• The regulatory tourist tax is charged separately. For stays of less than three nights, a 10% surcharge is applied. In the event of a third guest, we offer a 15% discount.
• The New Year's Eve surcharge per adult and young person aged 14 and over is €25.00.
• We ask that you send us vouchers in advance by email and hand in the originals upon arrival.
• Last minute offers and packages can only be booked in advance.
• Please also note that last minute special offers may not be joined to existing bookings!
• Inclusive services cannot be swapped and all treatments must be reserved before 3.30 pm.

• The rooms are available as from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure to allow our cleaning staff to prepare for incoming guests.
• It is very possible to use the room upon arrival from 12:00 p.m. or until 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure. We charge €35.00 per person for early check-in and €55.00 per person for late check-out.
  Please note that this depends on the availability of the suites/rooms and can only be booked shortly before arrival/departure.
• Reservations can only be accepted in writing. We also reserve the right to change the rooms reserved.
• Please note that the photos shown on "Rooms & Suites" are only for illustration purposes.
• A deposit of € 5 is charged for each magnetic room access card.
• Special requests: We unfortunately cannot accommodate specific requests with regard to choice of rooms or floors.

We kindly ask you to indicate pets in your request, as they are not allowed in all rooms and suites and can only be accepted upon request.
For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in our wellness garden, dining area and wellness area.
The daily fee is € 25.00. We reserve the right to charge for final cleaning. We kindly ask you to bring a blanket or a dog basket.

• Reservations can be cancelled for free til 1 month before arrival.
• If cancelled between 1 month and 2 weeks before arrival there will be calculated 50% of cancellation fees.
• If cancelled after 2 weeks before arrival ther will be calculated 80% of cancellation fees.
• Also in case of NOT-ARRIVAL, late arrival or early departure we calculate 80%.

Cash payments are accepted (with a 2% discount on the remaining amount of accommodation) as well as the following credit cards: VISA, VISA ELECTRON and MASTERCARD. Payments by bank transfer (EFT) must be made prior to arrival.

The tourist tax is € 3.10 per day and is paid on site at the end of your stay. This tax supports the local infrastructure.

The ecological contribution amounts to € 0.69 per day and adult and is a small contribution to cover our resource-saving measures. This will also be settled at the end of your stay with the total bill.

• 14 years and older 25% discount
