Holiday reduction
Our holiday reduction for your loyalty: 14 days of holidays in Mesnerwirt are definitely worth it!
Starting from a stay of 14 days you'll receive a special reduction of 6%.
Children's reduction in parents room:
0 – 1 years free. 1- 5 years 80%, 5 - 10 years 60%, 10 - 14 years 40% and from 14 years 15% reduction.
General Information
- Our hotel prices are inclusive of 3/4 pampering board per person and day including taxes and fees for a minimum stay of 3 nights. A surcharge of 10% applies for stays of less than 3 nights.
- Deduction of Euro 8.00 from the half board price for B&B only.
- Unfortunately we are not able to grant price reductions for meals, which are not consumed.
- The 3rd person in a room receives a reduction of 10%.
- Surcharge for a single room is Euro 9.00 per day.
- Pets are allowed upon prior request. Animals have no access to the dining room, the day rooms and the sunbathing area. Charge for pets Euro 9.00 per day. Animals are not accepted in the new suites and in the "Elisabeth" Holiday Villa.
- The hotel bill can be paid by cash (2% special rebate), with cash card or with the following credit cards: VISA, VISA ELECTRON or MASTERCARD.
- On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from 2 p.m. On the day of departure the rooms have to be vacated byw 10.30 a.m. Upon request it is possible to keep your room until noon on the day of departure. A fee of 20.00 € applies for late check-out.
- In case of early departure 70% of the remaining period booked will be charged.
- Room reservations are considered firm after receipt of a written booking confirmation.
- Only written cancellations will be accepted.
- Prior to 1 month before arrival there is no cancellation fee. The deposit will however not be refunded.
- Less than 1 month prior to the date of arrival or in the case of no-show, the cancellation fee amounts to 70% of the agreed total price.
- The deposit will be deducted from the cancellation fees.
