Pleasure is something to celebrate here, while regional and seasonal are our watchwords when selecting the menus, with healthy eating also of prime concern. The philosophy of head chef Dennis finds its expression in his light, versatile dishes that emphasise the pure taste of the ingredients used. Wine at the Hotel Mesnerwirt is likewise a matter of priority, with hotelier Manfred and his father Luis Gruber, both connoisseurs of the finest local produce, able to advise their guests personally when it comes to selecting a wine.
